We Turned a Panipat-Based Textile Brand Into India's Most Recognisable Blanket Exporter.

A five-year brand building journey that took Jindal Textiles from a decent local player to the name every export buyer in the world finds first, through strategy, storytelling, and tools no one else in the category was using.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Jindal Textiles is India’s largest blanket manufacturer and exporter, based out of Panipat, the city that has long been the heartland of India’s blanket trade. Founded by Mr. Nitin Jindal, the company operates multiple factories and serves buyers across international markets. Today, if you search for the best blanket manufacturer in India on Google, Jindal Textiles is what comes up. And that is not an accident.

CHALLENGE

Panipat has always been famous for blanket exports. The market is competitive, established, and full of manufacturers who have been in the game for decades. When we started working with Jindal Textiles in 2020, the brand was a respectable name locally but had no real digital presence, no structured communication strategy, and no way of standing out in an international market where buyers had dozens of options.

The bigger problem was this: nobody in the textile and blanket manufacturing category was doing any real brand building. Every competitor was doing the same thing, showing products, listing specifications, and waiting for buyers to find them. There was no brand, no story, and no identity behind any of them.

OBJECTIVE

To build Jindal Textiles from the ground up into a globally acknowledged brand, one that buyers across international markets could find, trust, and choose, while simultaneously generating tangible business results through lead generation, SEO, and structured B2B communication.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

The insight was straightforward but significant: in a category where everyone was selling blankets, nobody was building a brand. Every manufacturer in Panipat was communicating the same way, product photos, price lists, and export certificates. Nobody was talking about who they were, what they stood for, or why a buyer halfway across the world should trust them over anyone else.

We decided to make Jindal Textiles the first brand in this category that actually behaved like a brand. We gave them a voice, a set of values, a visual identity, and a presence across every platform that mattered to their buyers, both in India and internationally.

STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

Building the Foundation (2020 Onwards)
  • Built the Jindal Textiles website from scratch, designed to serve both as a brand statement and a lead generation tool for international buyers.
  • Set up their social media presence from zero across Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Produced factory videos and product videos that gave international buyers a transparent, trustworthy view of the manufacturing process.
  • Created four recycled material videos to highlight sustainability, something no other blanket manufacturer was talking about at the time.
Brand Building: Giving Jindal a Voice
  • Launched a brand campaign built around core pillars like care and quality, making Jindal the first textile manufacturer in Panipat to communicate values rather than just products.
  • Developed content that positioned Jindal not just as a supplier but as a brand with a philosophy, one that international buyers could feel confident associating with.
  • Built and managed the personal LinkedIn of founder Mr. Nitin Jindal, establishing him as a credible face of the business in the B2B space.
  • Focused on UGC and community-driven content at a time when no one else in the category was experimenting with it.
SEO and Lead Generation
  • Built a sustained SEO strategy that made Jindal Textiles the top-ranking result for searches like “best blanket manufacturer in India” and related terms across international markets.
  • This ranking has been consistent for the past two years and has now extended to AI-driven search results, where Jindal continues to appear at the top.
  • Performance marketing was layered on top of organic SEO to drive qualified leads from export markets.
WhatsApp B2B Communication
  • Developed a structured WhatsApp broadcast communication calendar tailored specifically for Jindal’s B2B buyer base.
  • Designed market-specific communication for international buyers, including dedicated messaging for the Arab market timed around Eid and every Friday, respecting the cultural rhythms of their key export audiences.
  • Ensured that every push, whether seasonal, festive, or product-led, was planned in advance and designed to feel relevant rather than generic.
Blanket Division and Factory Expansion
  • Supported the launch and brand building of Jindal’s blanket division in parallel with their overall growth.
  • By 2024, Jindal had opened a new factory, a milestone that the brand was now visible and credible enough to announce with weight behind it.

Brand Recognition

The most recognised textile brand in Panipat’s export market

Today, if you ask any export buyer in Panipat who the biggest name in blankets is, the answer is Jindal Textiles. Five years ago that was not the case. That shift did not happen by chance. It happened because we built a brand when nobody else in the category thought they needed one.
